| 16U/18U Event Format: (5) Game Guarantee - (3) Pool Play / (2) Bracket Games |
| 12U/14U Event Format: (4) Game Guarantee - (3) Pool Play Into Single Elimination Pay at the Plate: 16U/18U teams are responsible for paying umpires $60 at the beginning of each game, up to (5) games. If more than (5) games are played, USA Preps will pay for those games. |

Toy Drive Information: All attending families are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy to the event. Club Coaches (3 per team),
| Event Awards: | Teams that finish in the top 25% of their age group will receive an invitation to the USA Preps 2025 West Coast World Series. *If you qualify at this event for the 2025 West Coast World Series, 50% of your roster must remain the same when participating at the event. |
