| 16U/18U Event Format: (5) Game Guarantee - (3) Pool Play / (2) Bracket Games (7 Innings for Brackets) |
| 12U/14U Event Format: (4) Game Guarantee - (3) Pool Play Into Single Elimination Pay at the Plate: 16U and 18U teams are responsible for paying umpires $60 at the beginning of each game on Saturday and $75 on Sunday (7 Innings). |

Gate Fee Information: $10 for the entire weekend. Club Coaches (3 per team),
Kids 12 and younger, Senior Citizens, and Military are FREE.
| Event Awards: | Teams that finish in the top 25% of their age group will receive an invitation to the USA Preps 2024 West Coast World Series. *If you qualify at this event for the 2024 West Coast World Series, 50% of your roster must remain the same when participating at the event. |
