Dates and Location: May 17 - 18th, 2025, Tri-Cities

All games 1:40 no new inning.

Age Groups: 10U, 12U, 14U

FORMAT: 5 Game Guarantee, 3 pool games on Saturday, Sunday Single Elimination after first round Championship and Consolation bracket. 

Tournament Fee: $450 if paid before April 1st, 2025. $550 After April 1st. 

This is a Stay and Play event for all teams from outside 80 miles.

Teams will receive a welcome email from EventConnect after registering, giving them access to the tournament hotels via a personalized booking link.

Umpires: $65 Pay at the Plate

Unfortunately, due to the competitive cost of obtaining quality umpires, we had to make some changes to our tournaments. We are going to pay at the plate, but we have reduced the tournament cost to mitigate the cost. 

To get quality umpires we are paying them more. However, we have increased our time limit for the games to 1:40. Fields will continue to be a full groom between games.

Pay at the Plate: Each team is responsible for paying umpires $65 at the beginning of each game.

Entry Deadline: 5/3/25 (EVENT COULD SELL OUT PRIOR TO DEADLINE!)
Payment Deadline: 5/13/25 (All Tournament fees need to be paid 30 days prior to the event!)
Roster: Completed through your team administration page by 5/13/25
Insurance: Uploaded through your team administration page by 5/13/25

Age Cutoff Date: 12/31/2024

Game Times: WILL BE POSTED NO LATER THAN THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.
