The Las Vegas Instructional Camp & tournament is a Stay to Play tournament. Teams participating in this event must make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing service. We are pleased to offer HBC Event Travel Services as the official tournament housing service for this tournament. HBC Event Travel Services provides an affordable easy way for you to book your hotel rooms with our partnered hotels at the best rates.

These special rates are always lower than the best available rates online excluding any non-qualifying (AAA/AARP) and excluding any pre-paid or non-cancelable reservations. These rates are based on the occupancy of 4 people without any additional per person fees. The resort fee has also been discounted for USA Preps.

**In the event you or your team does not book at least 20 room nights thru USA Preps Hotels / HBC Services you will be responsible for paying $250.00 made payable to USA Preps. If USA Preps doesn't receive payment USA Preps will charge your card on file. If your team is within 75 miles of the event, your team will not be responsible for paying this fee. Your team reservation or the $250.00 fee is due and payable 30 days prior to the tournament. If not received it can jeopardize your teams participation in this and future USA Preps events.
